Ordering exhibition space<\/h3>\n

Smallest exhibition place available to order:
– 9 square metres to exhibit in the hall
– 10 square metres to exhibit outside\u00a0<\/p>\n

Technical connections to the exhibition space<\/h3>\n

The following technical connections are available to all exhibition spaces:<\/p>\n

ELECTRICITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Electrical installation will be carried out by the exhibition space equipment contractor. An electricity cupboard with main and auxiliary switches must be provided.
Connection to the electricity network will be undertaken by authorised experts from Pomurski sejem.<\/p>\n

WATER<\/strong><\/p>\n

Water installation can only be undertaken by authorised staff from Pomurski sejem.<\/p>\n

TELEPHONE, FAX, ISDN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Telecommunications installation can only be undertaken by authorised staff from Pomurski sejem.<\/p>\n

Setting up equipment and the exhibition space<\/h3>\n

Setting up equipment and the exhibition space can be ordered from authorised fair contractors. Where the exhibitor sets up his own exhibition space or this is undertaken by another contractor, the Pomurski sejem’s technical services department must be informed in writing 30 days before the fair.<\/p>\n

Technical standards for exhibition space and exhibits in the exhibition halls<\/h3>\n

Height of exhibition spaces
Usually the exhibition spaces in the hall are on the ground floor
– standard wall height for the exhibition space is 2,500 mm
– for walls exceeding the standard height, permission is required from the fair organisers.
Exceptionally it is possible to set up exhibition space on upper floors and in such cases, permission is required from the fair organisers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tastings and Sale of Products<\/h3>\n

Tastings and direct product sales at the fair are possible only with the permission of the authorities. Permission can be arranged by Pomurski sejem with the payment of a tax to the project manager. Permission must be obtained at least 15 days before the start of the fair.<\/p>\n

Insurance of exhibits<\/h3>\n

The exhibitor must take care of his own insurance for exhibits<\/p>\n

Insurance of fair space<\/h3>\n
